Within the initial phase of designing the app, my focus was on drafting the user's journey and prototyping it in Figma. Understanding the needs and pain points of both talents and recruiters allowed me to emphatize with personas and create the product structure. ‍Leveraging Figma's collaborative features, I translated these insights into wireframes, sketching out an intuitive flows that addressed key touchpoints and enabled smooth exchange of data between two types of users. The process involved iterative prototyping and swift adjustments based on feedback. Figma's real-time collaboration capabilities facilitated seamless communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals. This iterative process in Figma laid the foundation for a user-centric design, setting the stage for subsequent UI refinement and initial usability testing.
